Yoga with Leanne

My classes are a great opportunity to tune out the world around you and tune into the world within you. Yoga is more of a feeling rather than just a pose on the mat and my classes reflect this with a balanced mix of stretch, strength, focus and breath. We always start from a place of stillness, focusing inwardly, quietening down the mind chatter and releasing any judgement that we've been holding onto. As we start moving and opening our body, you will notice your energy shift and change. Some movements will feel familiar, others will be a new sensation and I always encourage my students to lean into the less familiar and start finding that sweet balance between effort and ease. Class always ends with a deep shavasana leaving you feeling balanced and ready to step out into the rest of your day.

"Leanne is a wonderful, lively and empathetic Yoga teacher.  Her classes are always fun and mostly quite active, but hit the right balance between strengthening, twisting and stretching.  My body is thankful for every one of her amazing classes.
