Hello, I’m Leanne!

I am a Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher and happy life facilitator. I've been put on this earth to guide others towards feeling their best through movement and creating positive experiences.  

I have been a Personal Trainer for 14 years helping people find their way along their health and fitness journey. Because everyone is so unique and everybody's goals are different sometimes this journey is through rehabilitation, weight management, confidence building or purely uplifting movement to help you to feel your best. I really enjoy working 1 to 1 with clients and have a busy PT practice at Active8 Personal Training here in Bristol.  

 

After spending years playing competitive sport, swimming, running and lifting weights, I found Yoga and it has completely changed my outlook. The practice of Yoga has helped me to become 100 times stronger yet 100 times softer, more balanced physically and mentally and more consciously aware. These benefits have made me better able to break through perceived personal limitations.  I fell so in love with this practice that I completed 200 hours of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training and now run regular classes as well as 1 to 1 sessions in Bristol.  .  

Wellbeing retreats are a fun part of what I offer and my next one will be in June 2024 in collaboration with Andrea and Ben at www.mariolasecreta.com. Their gorgeous property, El Cipreret, is an hour from Alicante, Spain. These retreats are so popular that our first one sold out in 48 hours. The next will be 16 to 20 June 2024 and bookings are now open. These wonderful getaways incorporate yoga, fitness, great food and lots of free time to rest, restore, explore and just be you. 

Working in abundance I believe that there is more than enough goodness to go around which is why I love collaborating with the best in the business to bring you the fun events, workshops and retreats. I love working alongside people who can share their knowledge, personalities and uniqueness so that you can have the best experience.
